Phylogenie und Systematik
Die Gracillariidae werden nach einer phylogenetischen Analyse in acht Unterfamilien gegliedert (Kawahara et al. 2017):
- Acrocercopinae mit den einheimischen Gattungen Acrocercops, Dialectica, Leucospilapteryx, Sauterina und Spulerina.
- Gracillariinae mit den einheimischen Gattungen Aristaea, Aspilapteryx, Caloptilia, Calybites, Euspilapteryx, Gracillaria, Macarostola und Povolnya.
- Lithocolletinae mit den einheimischen Gattungen Cameraria, Macrosaccus und Phyllonorycter.
- Marmarinae mit Arten aus Ostasien, Nord- und Südamerika.
- Oecophyllembiinae mit der einheimischen Gattung Metriochroa.
- Ornixolinae mit den einheimischen Gattungen Micrurapteryx, Ornixola und Parectopa.
- Parornichinae mit den einheimischen Gattungen Callisto und Parornix.
- Phyllocnistinae mit der einheimischen Gattung Phyllocnistis.
